📌低碳生酮166天~65.6(-14.3)
昨天大談吃到飽。。
馬上暈1小時昏睡哈哈哈
代價是0.1公斤。太值得了😂
但只能偶爾為之
上次吃到飽是12/24聖誕節呵
所以還在合理範圍內
今天也再測試甘露茶
也有一杯蝶豆花加5顆蜜桑葚
中餐自理豐盛😊
晚餐吃牛腩湯/兩盤蛋/青菜/芥藍菜
全部我吃3/4哈哈哈
老公小孩吃肉燥飯吃到飽😆
144.6 lb Lost so far: 31.5 lb.    Still to go: 14.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.5 lb a week
