Truly I am amazed! I fell off the wagon several times this past week and picked myself up again. The exercise was almost non-existant, but guess I did enough work outside in the back yard and walking around at work to help things out. My digestive system seems to be cooperating a bit better as well. Would like to be losing 2 lbs a week, but this is good.
