I think I need to stay on pantoprozole for a while. My belly feels a lot better taking it 2 days in a row. I'm not worried about my weight going up today. It was actually 175 yesterday. I thought I entered it yesterday but now I don't see it. I think I am losing weight too fast anyway and I feel better today. It helps to eat something as soon as I am hungry so I don't eat so much. That means I have to have food that I want made up ahead. That's what I want to work on today.
177.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
