1737 kcal Fat: 40.23g | Prot: 100.35g | Carb: 253.01g.   Breakfast: Raisins, Granola, Grits, Instant Original Cereal, Oatmeal, Coffee, Coffee Cream. Lunch: Cranberries, Corn on the Cob, Green Snap Beans, Turkey Breast Meat. Dinner: Cream Cheese Wontons, Fortune Cookie, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Brown Rice, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten). Snacks/Other: Sweet Cherries, Rice Pudding, Carrots, Chocoiste Dark Chocolate Pearls with Mint, Multigrain Bread, Apples, Apples, Extreme Dark Chocolate Bar - 85% Cocoa. more...
