Ok maybe I didn't actually gain as much yesterday as the scale said. Always weigh yourself before food!

Though reducing calorie intake followed by a nice brisk walk to catch pokemon and dinosaurs (I'm a geek) definitely helped too.
198.0 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's a great way to walk! I'm also enjoying the new jurassic park game in between. There's something great about hunting dinos in the wild.
