what has been working well is I have been able to walk most mornings, and not eat until later in the day. so that usually gives me a few hours of being hungry, but the walk (about 2 mi) keeps my energy up. what hasn't been working very well is not eating grains. I have been snacking a lot, which I wish I wasn't. I seem to be on good track, if I can keep up this loss rate, to be under 163 by Sunday.
163.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.8 lb a week
