I'm following the Daniel Fast for at least 10 days. I will be eating no
dairy products, meats, or sugar, or breads made with yeast. I will be eating fruits, whole grains, & vegetables.
165.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
