On 6th day of diet. I have 3289 steps by 2:12pm breakfast I forgot to take pills will take when I get home. I had 1 strawberry shake 12OZ. 5 cups of water lunch 12 oz of fruit ( 1 and 1/2 cup I wanted to taste my chili beans so I had 1 6 in bowl with just beans and ground meat and hardly no juice. Dinner:
