Holding steady on weight. Can't wait to lose again. Did well on protein this morning, so hopefully I can stay within my food goals today. I got up early so I could start the day at the gym and I will be back there after work today to work out with my trainer.
193.0 lb Lost so far: 34.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Aren't you doing a lot of weight training now? That might play with your numbers, no? I think you look great in that picture you posted.

Yep, doing weight training and I know I am adding muscle, so I am probably still losing fat, just don't see a change in the scale. It will be nice to see a change in the scale again. I did step on the scale tonight just for the heck of it and I weigh less than I did this morning, so maybe that is a good sign? Worked out at the gym twice today. I did some weight work this morning and then back after work to go to a body blast class (good cardio and core workout with balancing moves) then finished up with 30 minutes with my trainer and the crossramp machine for 30 minutes. Felt good to get all the exercise. Thanks for the compliment. :)

Right! Today is your first night with that body blast class. Can't wait to read about it. I am super impressed with how many times you go. I stopped caring about the scale myself. I was going nuts and then got my percent body fat and was like oh. I just care about how my clothes fit and what size I can get away with (love wearing tight clothes here). Have a great class tonight, kick some a$$!

Body blast class was a blast lol. Very good workout and got my blood pumping. There was quite a bit that made me balance on Bosu or an exercise ball while doing exercises, so it really worked out my core which is what I need. Balance is something that I have been working on. I love the way my clothes fit now and my trainer told me last night that she can't imagine I was wearing 2XL size tops before. :) That was nice to hear. (I wear size large now) And I love being able to wear size 12 jeans! Tonight I start weight loss class at the gym for the next six Wednesdays. I talked to the trainer that is leading it and she said there were seven people in the class and she won't have more than ten. I will write more about it after I find out more tonight. Funny that you said "kick some a$$" because I have been thinking about kick boxing... :)
