During my journey of trying to loose weight not only have I discovered that I am a pre diabetic, but also I have Hypertension and GERD. Within literally one day I am down 3 lbs. YES!!!
217.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 57.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
