So I just came back from Texas in the past week, I ate like a true pig. I had no care in the world for what I had been eating for the past week, until......... I started having stomach problems and right then and there I had to realize I needed to make a real life change. Just a week prior to me going on vacation it has been discovered that I am a pre-diabetic and if I don't get a hold of things now I will be an actual diabetic. That is not something that I would want to have in my life and have to deal with everyday. It's time for a lifestyle change. NOW!!!!!
