Started to weigh myself more closely. I also got a more accurate weighing machine.
248.3 lb Lost so far: 7.7 lb.    Still to go: 48.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2387 kcal Fat: 97.11g | Prot: 100.40g | Carb: 291.34g.   Lunch: Lipton Sweetened Iced Tea, Diced Onions, Taco Meat, Large Flour Tortillas, Lettuce, Cheddar Shredded Cheese, Mexican Rice, Refried Beans, Sour Cream. Dinner: Fried Floured or Breaded Salmon, Kroger Light Red Kidney Beans, Cooked Mixed Vegetables (Corn, Lima Beans, Peas, Green Beans and Carrots). Snacks/Other: Brownie with Icing, Dunkin' Donuts Chocolate Frosted Donut, No Bake Cookies. more...
