Still trucking along. Joined a gym. Did cardio funk and a power lifting class.
My body was not happy with me as I was in agony with pain.
Must learn to stretch better or something. Couldn't even fully
Extend my arms yesterday. Tried stretching in the pool to no avail.

Going to try more leg work I think today or abs. Then it's off to turbo kick tomorrow.
Jogged/walked about 2.75 miles yesterday on a trail so that nice.

207.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 57.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.5 lb a week
