I've been MIA for a few weeks. Luckily I haven't gained any of the weight back but I haven't lost any more either. I haven't been watching carbs at all either so I guess I'm pretty lucky. I lost 15 lbs. on induction last time, so I'm going to try it again and hopefully I can drop more since the weather's warmer and hopefully I'll be more active and burn more off than in the colder months being cooped up.
