I am very happy with myself and I am back on track with exercising I took some time off because my body was just like not able to work out I got sick first and then I felt so drained I hate it because it just takes one day to not exercise and that’s it then its so hard to get back on track but the good thing was I did not stop walking and I did not eat bad I kept eating right just a little more which I see I cant do right now because it just leads to other things. But I am still loosening weight and inches I will not weigh myself again until the end of June it is just better that way I do not feel so discouraged if the scale goes up or stays the same. Either way I am loosening a lot of inches I am now using a size 14 went from an 18 to 16 to now 14 so that is awesome! Kudos for me!
