Woo Hooo! First lb down! Started the diet 4 weeks ago at 230lbs. Lost weight right away and plateaued. This site helps me a ton and makes me more accountable!
222.2 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 42.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
