A little more towards my goal A little worried about the muscles in my shoulders but that seems to have eased off.
Shocked at how many calories in a Falfel wrap. I will bring in my pack lunch. Too many calories in shop brought lunch and the price too!
152.3 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 15.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
