After a 3 week vacation, I've come to terms with gaining weight and probably losing some muscle despite trying to stay active. After 22 hrs of being either on a plane or running through an airport, I'm far too sore to tackle the gym today. :(
125.2 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 10.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
