2 pears ,dark chocolate hummus ,chicken salad ,banana , 2eggs ,meatloaf ,bean chips,grapes gluten free whole grain graham crackers ,broccoli and a little ranch dressing diet ..my muscle weakness and peripheral pain is better I'd say a 2 on pain scale today .taking vit c and vit b 12 trying to keep my stress down , I ate these things yesterday gonna eat again today 🤗
154.8 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 4.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.8 lb a week
