Yesterday wasn't a good day for food. Had a family member in the hospital so I was eating out and didn't make good choices. Today is a new day and time to make better choices.
225.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 90.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
