Really good week and I have enjoyed the food I have eaten. One thing learned though which has also made me realise my portion size is too big. I went to a friends for dinner and told her I was low carbing and gave her a range of things I could eat. She cooked beautiful pork chop with a low carb glaze and green salad with a nice dressing but it was quite a small portion on a small plate. I was fully satisfied with what I ate! Off to buy a smaller plate then!
