果真不能試喝太多 呵
今天自己煮苦瓜鹹蛋😊好吃
檸檬鹽煎魚(海魚好貴😔)
青江菜炒肉絲拌椰子油
香茅海魚湯(魚有醃過)
下午要乖一點不要亂吃才不會胖
再來點維他命C~5克桑椹
145.1 lb Lost so far: 31.1 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.5 lb a week
