Shouldn’t have weighed the day after indulging myself, but there it is. A lot of it has to be water weight and will (hopefully) flush out within a couple days. There’s just no way I ate enough to gain two pounds of fat in one day, so I’m trying not to worry about it too much.
131.5 lb Lost so far: 14.5 lb.    Still to go: 11.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
