I was certian that this week I would have gained weight between the stress of my hubby being in the hospital and the diet that goes with it. I was pleased and excited that I had maintained. I will work harder in this next week. I would really like to drop a big amount like I did a few weeks ago. That means that I need to keep track of what I am eating and when like I did that week. I know I can do it.
