I took a little break for the holiday. Still the same weight. This is just like the 285 level I was stuck at. My body is fighting to keep what it has. This pause hasn't phased me. I've eaten no meat and experimented with vegan dishes that couldn't be considered dietary. Like PIZZA!

Whole Foods sells a vegan personal sized pizza I quite liked. It was pricey, so I wouldn't have it daily. The crust was rice based and crispy and it used daiya cheese. There was something about the cheese that got strange the more you ate it. It was almost a built in warning system to keep you from over eating it. After not having pizza in over a month, I might be over selling this stuff. To me, it tasted like pizza. It's a new treat I can add to the list of interesting eats that aren't too bad for me. I took a picture of it and found out they don't allow photos to be taken in the store. What's that all about?

I also found a lunch place I dig. The Chop Shop. It's a salad place where they let you pick the greens, pick 6 sides, and choose a dressing. They chop it all up and put it in a bowl. They also have a toasted wheat wrap so they can make a burrito out of it. I selected that option. My fixings were jalapeno, tomato, dried cranberries, apple, red onion and mushrooms added to a romaine and spinach mix of greens and balsamic vinaigrette. It was so Yumm! I wouldn't want to burn out on it so I'll be keeping it to treat status also.

$7 bones is a lot to pay for a salad. I can easily make my own. But it's great to have alternatives when time is short or I'm out with friends who want to eat. These are fun options to the juicing. I'm finding there's a lot more tasty options that that quarterpounder I used to settle for.
281.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 91.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
