I've noticed that the closer I get to my goal weight, the slower and smaller the losses become. I think this is why I get frustrated...and probably why so many people get angry and give up.
I have to constantly remind myself a small loss is still a loss and a small gain is not the end of the world.
Going to keep up my classes at the gym, keep riding my bike and watch what I eat. It seems to be working...so I'm not going to mess with my system as long as it keeps working for me!
