Finally broke into the 70's. I struggled with the plateau at 394 for weeks and it was so discouraging. My battery on my scale ran out and I took it as a sign to leave the scale alone. Weighed myself today and was shocked. Can't wait to break into the 60's
379.0 lb Lost so far: 56.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
