Worked out really hard this week....weight training is amazing...i do 10 minutes of intense cardio to warm up and then circuit training...im sored but i actually feel lighter :)
170.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 7.0 lb a week
