Rec'd a dozen Georgetown cupcakes for mother's day yesterday! Ate 1 froze 11. Had eaten a Panera brownie earlier and NO cardio. Must get back!
123.8 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
