Oops! I thought I had about 350 calories remaining today and I went to McDonalds. I should have gone to Whole Foods and eaten something gluten free off the buffet or gotten a smoothie.
106.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 6.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
