It seems that I didn’t eat much today... I ate least try to meet a goal of around 1000 calories a day plus work out. But today I’m way under 1000.. 80 calories for breakfast. No lunch. Snack was like 300 I think. And I just ate a package of oatmeal. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
143.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
