📌低碳生酮150天~66.8(-13.1)
吃滿5個月了😊 經期End
今天乖乖吃生酮喔!
其實習慣了。反而吃澱粉有點怪
但偶爾還是得來幾口。
老公一直碎念吃太多😒
為了健康阿。所以他一直吃飯
因為這樣飽。但他又知道不健康還吃
唉!是不是為了省錢
要跟健康過不去呢?

確實! 為了健康 每次丟給身體食物要負責 不然身體會生病 從新檢視 自己可以吃的食物很好 但荷包花很大
