Finally lost a pound after a 3 week plateau...im considering the cabbage soup diet for a jump start..ill let u guys know how it goes...i hope i dont loose all the muscle ive been working on at the gym...ill take protein shakes in the morning

wish me luck
171.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.8 lb a week
