This is getting more and more difficult. Between being at work during the day and in classes at night...it is not easy to eat right.
243.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 73.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2538 kcal Fat: 78.90g | Prot: 67.09g | Carb: 395.88g.   Breakfast: Special K Fruit & Yogurt Cereal, skim milk. Lunch: italian seasoning, shredded mozzarella, asiago bread, red onion, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, Hunt's Petite Diced Tomatoes. Dinner: Mountain Dew, Panda Express Orange Chicken, Panda Express Chow Mein, Panda Express Beijing Beef. Snacks/Other: Buttered Air Popped Popcorn, Pop Tart Frosted Cherry, Live Active Sugar Free Milk Chocolate Bliss Pudding Snack. more...
