Eating vegetarian is going well. I don't even need meat half the time.... sometimes I crave it though.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I've been a vegetarian for 6 years, It was one of the best decisions I made in my life. Its always so exciting to hear when other people are giving it a try. There are alot of really delicious vegetarians foods, there are also some that aren't as tasty and dont let those turn you off to vegetarianism. Thank you! What is your favourite veggie "meat" brand for things like veggie burgers and other meat replacements? I am thinking I will be moving towards semi-vegetarianism, I don't want to be too strict with myself because I think that might make me give up entirely. But cutting down on meat is already making me feel more socially responsible. What reasons did you become vegetarian/vegan?
