Just turned 30 and realized I need to get back in shape. First day of my new diet. Gained over 25lbs during my first year in the MBA program.

Goals:
(1) drop down to 160lbs
(2) drop down 10% body fat
(3) eat healthier
(4) drink less
(5) exercise at least 5 times a week
186.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 26.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
