📌低碳生酮141天~66.6(-13.3)
今天公休日有睡飽一點
終於胃不痛了
晚餐吃夜市火鍋,有吃一些豆腐
炸排骨酥,牛排,韓國雞蛋糕幾口
呵補碳補澱粉
146.8 lb Lost so far: 29.3 lb.    Still to go: 16.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.6 lb a week
