📌低碳生酮Day137~67.1(-12.8) 昨天天氣轉涼中餐吃便當 剩菜自炒鵝油辣椒吃 下午公休與龐大一家人出遊 東石生蚵太讚了。炸蚵包也太棒了 難得吃就來幾口吧! 裡面包整顆蛋還有蚵仔冬粉菜 蚵仔湯頭也讚。烤蚵仔太鮮甜了😍 晚餐鄰居辦桌請客 師傅太讚了。每道必吃 湯頭也不過度調味 今天真是太滿足了。。
