hungry all day but tried to stick with a plan. run plus a walk.
117.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 7.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Try drinking more water. I don't know if you're doing it, but drinking more water helps to lower your appetite. Plus, running to the restroom every few minutes can't hurt in terms of random exercise!
