Adding or tweaking one thing about my diet/exercise plan everyday. On Sunday, it was to do some exercise for at least 30 minutes every day. I was able to follow that reasonably well. Sunday, I did an hour on the stationary bike, at a slow setting, then 20 minutes on the treadmill. Monday, I did an hour on the elliptical. Today, I plan to go to an A.B.S. class at the gym.
As of today, I'm also adding that I eat 4 servings of vegetables daily. I started that off pretty well with my breakfast, with 2 servings of veggies :)
As far as diet goes, I'm not focusing on taking stuff out (like processed foods or grains), but trying to put stuff in so that I don't feel like I'm depriving myself. We'll see how this goes, but ideas for the next few goals are: - Eat 2-3 servings of salmon a week - Get up to 5 or 6 servings of veggies a day I think I'll be able to do these things with a little planning at the grocery store :)
