Hello everyone ! ❤️allow me to introduce myself. I’m 17 years old and I like to play instruments, draw, want tv and be outside.

I’ve had this app for a couple weeks now and I just realized how to post lol. Just recently, I’ve started a vegetarian diet / vegan ( I mean vegan bc I want to cut down on cheese eggs and cow milk but I’m not totally opposed to consuming it) and I hope this can motivate me!

In the past two weeks I was actually gaining weight and I was worried so I started working out again and well, starting to eat a better diet and I went from 149 to 144 so I’m really happy about that 😊 I hope I continue my weight loss journey and succeed my goal weight 😃
144.6 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 9.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
