聽健身前輩說肌肉生長速度很慢,基因好的了不起一個月長兩公斤,且一開始長較快,之後則會越來越慢,真心覺得增肌比減脂還難啊...😓
感覺現在遇到瓶頸了...,希望能藉由調整飲食、加重重量及部分換新健身菜單來改變現狀!
