Sunday was a bit of a food feast. There was enough gazpacho made to feed an army. The Kale chips came out great. I learned about nutritional yeast and it's cheesy nature. I'm going to try some vegetable pulp crackers that were put in the dehydrator last night. Mixed in with all this was water, a bitter Green drink and the Quince juice.
I bought a few bags of health food snacks to see if I could replicate them in the dehydrator. That came to $47 bones. Ouchie! But it was worth it. I can't wait to attempt dehydrated onion rings. They were the bomb!
Today is the start of exercise. I'm thinking of bringing shorts to the office and going for a 30 minute walk for lunch. New habits!
