I don't get it. I'm eating below 30 grams carbs, net grams is below 20 grams and calories ranging 800 a day, yet no movement on the scale???

I actually gain weight when I cut that low. Maybe closer the a 500 calorie deficit? Just a thought 🤷‍♀️
