Female, 68 years young. Had to lose this weight and logging in to MFS everyday and entering every bite works.

I have dieted all my life. I've only been successful when logging in every bite and it's working. I'm starting to sleep better and more energy. Yes, I eat bread everyday. I'm not switching things I eat but rather weighing and measuring. I don't see the point in changing to some extreme diet where you lose and then go back to your regular eating habits. Moderation is the key.

With renewed energy, I now take care of elderly folk, now there's an oxymoron if ever I heard it. I'm 68 and most of my clients are 10 years or more younger than me. Love all of them and try my best to make their life a little easier. Chores around the house, laundry, lending an ear, praying with them. It's all good. I believe that taking care of those you love and those you don't even know lends an indelible impression of a good life.

I do not call reducing calories "on a diet", I call it a wake up call/life change.

Belly Fat
Yes, the gut IS the last thing to go. Hoping the last 13 pounds comes from there! I've gone from a full sized radial to a deflated inner-tube. LOL

Belly Fat
I do standing ab crunches every day, plus I keep a calorie deficit of negative 500 calories a day and after losing 30+ lbs, starting to see some definition in the stomach. Still have a long way to go (another 20 lbs) and I'm only a 1/2 pint pack but it is working. BTW I'm 68 years old. So, at any age, you CAN DO IT.

someone please answer me
Any meal delivery system... is not without a lot of $'s. If you can cook, you don't need the added expense. I've been on a meal delivery system and I ended up having gall bladder surgery due to all the chemicals in that crap. Do it yourself, no easy way out, but you'll enjoy knowing what's in your food.

Laughter is the best medicine
So, my biggest goal is to get into, are your ready for this, a waist shaper! I purchased this at 175 lbs in an XL (where the heck do they get these sizes from, Barbie collection?). At first, I couldn't get the darn thing past the top of my knees. Folded it up neatly and put it away. I can now get it all the way on but ye ole stomach sticks out as if asking me "what the heck do you think you're doing"!. It would take a ton of grease and jumping off a ladder to complete the task. Why do they call it a waist shaper if I can't push the gut around to get it zipped up?! Okay if you're not laughing, you should be at this point. Folded it up and am going back to my daily crunches. Heck, by the time I can fit into the damn thing, I won't need it! Such is life..Laughing
