I'm recovering from my salt splurge, so I'm expecting to drop a bit more tomorrow. But since both lunch and dinner were catered today, I'm really not sure where my weight will be. I hate that you can't calorie count at catered events. I tried to make good choices (salad, fruit, salmon instead of pasta, roll, and potatoes) but it's so hard to resist the desserts.... I may have caved and gotten the cheesecake... but at least I split it with someone and didn't eat the whole thing! Before, I wouldnt have thought twice about grabbing a second piece for myself. Skipping dessert at lunch, making healthier meal choices, stopping when I'm full. It's the small wins. Whatever my weight tomorrow, I won't feel guilty. Just have to hop back on schedule tomorrow and keep at it.
