28 Day Diet (Again...lol)
Day 1 - Dinner
Whole day went very well, had no cravings, and no cheating!

Diet Calendar Entry for 30 April 2018:

Oh, before anyone judge... I know I had to eat one slice of bread, or two slices of kj controlled bread, but even one slice bloats me up like a hippo... So rather using provitas ;-)

Thanx, I have completed it twice already. And started like 10 times and only got till Friday. Lol... But it really does work. I was at a whopping 83kg, and I did the diet twice and landed on 68kg. But since December I tried to maintain, but obvioisly failed. Lol. So now I hope I can complete it for a third time. I must say, I do cheat now and again with a glass of whiskey and soda on a weekend, but that doesnt set me back really. I am aiming for 60kg, I have a almost 10yr old and a 4yr old, and I want to stay active with them, so thats quite a bit of motivation.

Wow that is good*!! The thing that I get with this diet is I loose my motivation so quickly🙈 I'm insulin resistant, so I don't loose so much weight fast like other people.. And then when I see after a few days that everyone lost 5kgs or more and I only lost 1😑 Then I just want to stop the diet😂 But I follow my own healthy eating now and see what works for me and what not.. And I really support everyone on the 28day diet, because I can't do it😂💪🏻 I know you can do it again*!! Strongs for you🥗

I understand totally. I exercise while on 28day, I do the Kayla Itsiness programme and I jog/walk, which means, sometimes some people loses like 5kg in a week, and I will only lose 2kg, BUT, thats muscle building, so I just need go wrap my head around that. And also, hy lose cm's quicker than kg's then. But we all need d to find what work for one self. X

Haha oh yes the muscle building I know of*!! It's so hard always you want to loose kgs and exercise but then the weight losing is different.. Haha*!!
