Still very motivated. Happy to have lost again. I read someone's journal yesterday and her moto was "Think Thin". As of now I am thinking thin. Often times I get very negative, but it was all inthe past.
180.4 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 20.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
