(6th week) 😑 I'm not getting discouraged just kind of disappointed that I keep doing the yo-yo effect & can't seem to find a way to just keep it off...well its a new week and ill just change a few things up again, got to keep moving forward! 😊
298.4 lb Lost so far: 31.6 lb.    Still to go: 148.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
