Hi guys
Feeling a little crappy and crampy T.O.M. is here... ugghh nothing like being bloated to start off your day but I know it will pass so here is todays food menu Happy smashing!!!!

July 26, 2007 Thursday Day 3
7:30am yogurt & fruit cup
10:00am apple
1:00pm grapefruit
4:00pm white cheddar cheese-its 1oz bag
7:00pm 5oz grilled chicken, & brown rice & string beans
8:00pm walk/run 3 miles

I am in the same boat as you! I got on the scale out of curiosity and it is was up 3 pounds, darn you T.O.M.!!
